Mr. Haghighi attained a Juris Doctor degree with a certification in Business Law from Whittier Law School in 2011, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of California, San Diego in 2005.

Mr. Haghighi’s practice is solely dedicated to the area of civil litigation. Mr. Haghighi was admitted to practice law before the California State Bar in January 2012. He was then promoted from law clerk to associate attorney for the Law Offices of Thomas W. Gillen where he primarily represented parties involved in dissolution proceedings throughout the Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Riverside Counties.

Mr. Haghighi has successfully litigated hundreds of family law matters including, Trial, Request for Order (RFO), Domestic Violence, Child Support Hearings before the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS), and evidentiary hearings under Fam. Code §217.

Mr. Haghighi established the Law Offices of Faud Haghighi where he began handling personal injury and complex business litigation matters including disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, misrepresentation, real estate disputes, conversion, and civil conspiracy.

Mr. Haghighi has successfully handled hundreds of personal injury cases involving auto collisions, premises liability, product liability, general negligence, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents and actions against cities and municipalities for unsafe conditions on public property.

Mr. Haghighi has handled cases from inception through jury verdict throughout Orange and Los Angeles Counties.

Mr. Haghighi has garnered a reputation for taking on the most difficult cases that are rejected by other attorneys including disputed liability, multi-party, and causation issue cases. A bulk of Mr. Haghighi’s practice is built from attorney referrals where they are unable to proceed with the case due to facing significant hurdles in bringing the case to a successful resolution.
