Faud Haghighi, Esq.
Faud Haghighi is a personal injury litigator whose practice is focused on difficult, high-stakes cases involving serious injuries, disputed liability, multiple defendants, and complex factual and legal issues. He is known for taking on cases other attorneys decline and developing them aggressively from the outset, with trial as the baseline strategy rather than a last resort.
Over the course of his practice, Mr. Haghighi has obtained tens of millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for injured clients, including cases against national retailers, large corporations, property owners, governmental entities, and insurance carriers.
Mr. Haghighi has handled several hundred personal injury matters involving automobile collisions, premises liability, product liability, general negligence, bicycle and pedestrian accidents, and dangerous conditions of public property. He applies his broader experience in complex civil litigation, discovery, and litigating contested motions to the development and prosecution of personal injury cases, preparing each matter from the outset with trial in mind.
Admitted to the California State Bar in 2012, Mr. Haghighi began his legal career at the Law Offices of Thomas W. Gillen, where he advanced from law clerk to associate attorney. During that time, he handled complex family law matters, including high-asset divorces, domestic violence cases, child custody and support disputes, and numerous trials and evidentiary hearings.
He later founded the Law Offices of Faud Haghighi, where his practice focuses primarily on personal injury litigation while continuing to handle select complex civil litigation matters. His extensive courtroom experience continues to shape the way he prepares and litigates cases today.
A significant portion of Mr. Haghighi’s practice comes from referrals from other attorneys, particularly matters involving disputed liability, multiple parties, difficult causation issues, and cases requiring substantial litigation to reach a resolution.
